Hi, I’m Vishal Shendre

I’m someone who loves connecting the dots between people, problems, and possibilities. Growing up in different corners of India taught me one thing early on: people everywhere want to feel understood. That curiosity about people naturally pulled me into design. Where I get to listen, learn, and turn ideas into products that make life a little easier (and hopefully a little happier).

I’ve always been a maker at heart. As a kid, it meant sketching and tinkering. Today, it’s designing digital products that bring ideas to life. For me, design isn’t only about screens - it’s about crafting experiences that solve problems with empathy and clarity.

My path hasn’t been a straight line. There wasn’t a single “BIG BREAK” Instead, it was late nights, countless retries, and the belief that I could figure things out. I taught myself design through tools like Figma, Photoshop, XD, and Framer — each tool adding a new piece to the puzzle.

That hunger to learn eventually led me to pursue a Master’s in Interaction & Experience Design at Touro University, where I learned to blend research, systems thinking, and storytelling into a people-first process.

What keeps me going is simple: meaning.

I care about the little details because they’re often what people remember the most. A button that feels just right. A flow that doesn’t make you think twice. A small touch that says, “this was made for you.”

With 4+ years of experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work on products that live at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technology. From shaping an MVP to refining the tiniest interaction, I always start with the same questions: How does this help the user? How does this grow the product? The answers guide my work.
